Meet The Office Team
Terri is in Donor Development and Underwriting. In addition to this, she is also Traffic Manager and On-Line Events Co-coordinator and the Receptionist for the ministry. Terri was born in West Texas and has lived most of her life in East Texas. She began working at KSWP/KAVX in Nov 2013.
She is a loving mother and grandmother.

Trudy was born and raised in Oklahoma. She became a Christian and was baptized at the age of 8 years old. Trudy met her husband, Tim, at KCFO, a Christian radio station, in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she was the secretary/receptionist.
After getting married in 1982, she left the working world to raise their 3 daughters, Darcy, Sara, and Michelle.
After many years away from working outside the home, she accepted a job as Prayer Coordinator and Donor Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With seven grandchildren missing their grandparents, she and Tim moved back to Texas in 2021. Being with family is what brings her joy. In May of 2021, she started working at KSWP/KAVX in Donor Relations. Because of being away from the work scene for 40 years, she relies heavily on the Lord.
Favorite Verse:
Her favorite verse to pray right now is Psalm 121:1-2 “I lift up my eyes to the mountains – where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.”
Joshua is a Programming Assistant. He was born in Lufkin and has lived his entire life in East Texas. He has been working for KSWP/KAVX since August 2004, when he started as a volunteer during his senior year of high school. Originally planning on going to Tennessee to attend university, he decided to stay closer to home and was hired as a programming assistant while he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University.
After graduating, he spent six weeks traveling in Greece, Albania, and Kosovo. Today, when he’s not working, it’s a good chance you’ll find him listening to music, reading a book, or exploring Google Earth and Wikipedia for places to travel to in the future.
As a Programming Assistant, Josh creates the daily program logs used on both stations to play music and programs. He also listens and edits all the music you hear.
Samantha has lived in many places across the United States but settled down in the heart of Alto, Texas after experiencing the love of Jesus through her church body. She has lived a life of addiction and hopelessness from losing her son to CPS and her marriage on the brink of divorce.
After committing her life to Jesus and his ways, he restored her family, life, and marriage.
She now hopes to share that same transforming love of Jesus with others! She helps in the office as well as with promotions. She is also one of our weekend DJs. You can hear her on Saturdays and Sundays from Midnight – 6 am.
Her favorite verse is 2 Corinthians 12:9 “Each time he said, ‘My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.’ So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me.”
